Marrying foreigners is a right guaranteed by Egyptian law to Egyptian men and women wishing to marry foreigners or foreigners wishing to marry according to Egyptian law

زواج المصرى من مغربية له طريقتين :-
The first way is to get married through the real estate month in Egypt (Foreign Marriage office at the Ministry of justice) and this way requires several conditions
1-شهادة عدم ممانعة من السفارة المغربية بمصر
2-copy of the wife's passport
3-five personal photos for each party
4-residency on the wife's passport
5 - photo of the husband's card
6-husband's birth certificate
-As for the second way : it is marriage through the Egyptian court, which is said to be a lawsuit to prove the marital relationship .
In case of inability to obtain a certificate of no objection to marriage from the embassy .
The husband and wife may resort to the Egyptian court to file a claim to prove a marital relationship before the family court and the following papers are required :
For the husband :
1-Agency for the lawyer's office
2-original birth certificate
3-a copy of the ID card
For the wife :
1- وكالة لمكتب المحامى
2- اصل شهادة الميلاد مصدق عليها خارجية مغربية وسفارة مصرية
3- اصل الحالة الاجتماعية للزوجة مصدق عليها خارجية مغربية وسفارة مصرية
4-passport photo
- After completing the case of proving the marital relationship before the family court and obtaining a marriage proof ruling from the court, the lawyer goes to the civil status in Egypt to extract a marriage voucher for the couple.
