From all founders in the case of Joint-Stock Companies (the number of founders is not less than three).
Or from all partners in the case of limited liability companies (the number of partners is not less than two and not more than 50 partners).
The power of attorney shall provide for the establishment of companies and the signing of incorporation contracts in front of the real estate month, and in the event that the agent is one of the partners, the power of attorney shall mention the phrase (contracting with oneself and others in the establishment of companies).
Valid and clear proof of identity copies for the founders or partners (with the possibility of requesting to see the original):
A national number for Egyptians.

Passports of foreigners.
The original of an official extract from the Register of accountants and auditors addressed to the Investment Authority stating the right of the company's auditor to audit and approve the budgets of capital companies, and provide a copy or confirmation of acceptance of an appointment if he has submitted this certificate in advance to the authority.
A copy of the registration card at the Bar Association for the lawyer who certifies the contract in front of the Bar Association. (At least a primary lawyer and the carnet of the lawyer is valid to date)
Security query forms about foreign founders or partners as a document + its photocopy on CD
Specify the name and address of the company's legal adviser, at least the degree of registration of an appeal lawyer.
Valid and clear proof of identity photos for the agent (see the original):
A national number for the Egyptian.
Passport of a foreigner (valid residence is required).

In case there is a share in kind upon incorporation:

In the case of a limited liability company: it may be sufficient to submit a report from experienced professionals who are regulated by law, depending on the nature of each share.

In the case of a public free zone: the approval of the authority is required before the establishment and the approval is issued by the board of Directors of the free zone in which the project is to be established.
In the case of a special free zone for a joint-stock company or limited liability company: the approval of the Council of ministers is required before incorporation
